The rules for using Galaxy Mind, written so a human can read them.

galaxymind.space is operated by Galaxy Mind, a Tennessee company. “We” and “us” in these terms mean Galaxy Mind.

Galaxy Mind is an independent project. The free core includes a human-verified directory of merchants that accept Bitcoin, a set of educational Bitcoin instruments and charts, an arcade, and a hashrate rentals desk. We are not a bank, broker, exchange, payment processor, or mining host.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Tools that show prices, gauges, treasury metrics, or allocation ideas are educational. You decide what to do with your own money.

Listings are human-reviewed and inbound: a shop generally asks to be listed before we publish a page. A listing is not an endorsement, warranty, or promise that a merchant is honest, solvent, legal in your jurisdiction, or still accepting Bitcoin tomorrow.

We may refuse, edit, pause, or remove any listing for any reason, including listings that involve drugs or other controlled substances, illegal goods or services, fraud, or material that fails our review bar. Naming a shop in chat or research is not permission to list it.

When you buy from a merchant in the directory, that deal is entirely between you and them. Galaxy Mind never takes the order, holds funds, or processes the payment.

If you submit a shop, you must have the right to share what you send, and the information must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant Galaxy Mind permission to publish the fields needed for a public listing and to contact you about the outcome of the review.

Do not spam the form, submit competitors as harassment, or use the submission channel to push malware, scams, or illegal goods. We may reject or delete submissions without a debate.

The hashrate desk lets you rent SHA-256 hashrate from machines Galaxy Mind operates, either directly from us or through a third-party hashrate marketplace. You must be 18 or older to rent hashrate or make any payment to us.

Rental fees are paid up front. Once your payment confirms on-chain it is final and non-refundable, except as described in this section. Availability, pricing and uptime can change, and there is no service level beyond what is stated for your rental. Mining is risky and can lose money; a rental is not a promise of profit or of any particular payout.

If a direct rental materially under-delivers the hashrate you paid for, our sole obligation, and your only remedy, is a pro-rated credit, extra rental time, or a pro-rated refund, at our choice. Please tell us within the rental period or shortly after so we can check the delivery records.

Rentals booked through a third-party marketplace follow that marketplace's own terms and dispute rules, which handle payment, refunds and disputes for those rentals.

If we update these terms, a rental that is already active stays under the terms in force when you paid for it.

Crypto transactions cannot be reversed. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address on the correct network, and for any network fees. Funds sent to the wrong address or network may be lost for good, and we may not be able to recover them.

Bitcoin prices, mining payouts, network difficulty and the value of stablecoins (including USDC holding its dollar peg) can all change, sometimes quickly. Those changes are outside our control, and a quote or estimate shown on the site is not a promise of future value.

Arcade games, leaderboards, badges, and embed snippets are provided as-is for personal, non-abusive use. Do not cheat scoring systems, scrape in a way that harms the service, or misrepresent a Galaxy Mind badge as proof of anything we have not verified.

Use the site and public APIs within published rate limits. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, harvest personal data, or use Galaxy Mind to break the law. We may throttle, block, or ban abusive traffic.

The site links to merchants, wallets, marketplaces and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, policies or practices. Using them is at your own risk and under their terms.

You may not use the site, rent hashrate or pay us if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions, or if you are on a US government sanctions or restricted-party list. You may not use the site to send funds to or for anyone in those categories. We may refuse or cancel any rental that would break these rules.

Galaxy Mind branding, site design, and original copy belong to the project. Merchants and third parties keep their own marks and content. Do not copy the directory wholesale or present our work as yours.

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect data, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market numbers, directory status, and rental quotes can be wrong, delayed, or stale.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Galaxy Mind and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses tied to using or not being able to use the site, a listed merchant, or a hashrate rental. If liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the greater of ten US dollars or what you paid Galaxy Mind for the specific paid feature at issue in the prior twelve months (most visitors pay nothing).

If your misuse of the site, a false submission, or your dispute with a merchant or rental counterparty causes us claims or costs, you agree to indemnify the project and its operator for those losses to the extent the law allows.

If you have a problem with us, please contact us first. Before either side files a claim, we both agree to try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days after one side sends the other a written description of the issue and what it wants.

If it is not resolved, either side may bring the claim in a court with jurisdiction, including small claims court for claims that qualify. There is no binding arbitration. To the extent the law allows, claims must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Apart from small claims, disputes that are not resolved informally go to courts located in Tennessee, except where applicable consumer law says otherwise.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed only as much as needed, and the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term right away is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our privacy policy and the terms shown for any rental you book, are the entire agreement between you and Galaxy Mind about the site, and they replace any earlier understandings about it.

We may update these terms. The date below changes when we do. Continued use after a material update means you accept the new terms. If you cannot accept them, stop using the site.
